04 / BEFORE YOU PAY
Plain answers.
Check the plan, amount, coin, and network before sending.
How do I pay?
Sign in, choose a pass duration and an exact coin/network, then send the quoted amount to the unique address shown for your order. Never use the Donate page address for a plan purchase.
When does it unlock?
Syntax waits for a signed NOWPayments notification and only activates a pass after the provider marks the exact order finished. A reference or screenshot alone cannot unlock it.
What if I send the wrong amount or network?
Do not send more funds to a mismatched address. The order will be marked for review; contact support with the order ID. Blockchain transfers are usually irreversible.
Can I get a refund?
Contact support within 7 days. Refunds are reviewed by the owner, depend on the original payment route and network fees, and are not automatic. Any unused learning progress stays on your account.
What happens when the pass expires?
The paid Nova limit and pass extras end. Your account, course progress, earned certificates, notes, and streak history are not deleted. You can continue with Starter.
Do prices include tax?
Prices are shown in USD. Taxes or VAT may apply depending on your location; check your local requirements before buying.
